Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Store Executive to manage day-to-day store and material activities at our construction site in Tiruchengode. The candidate will be responsible for receiving, storing, issuing, and maintaining records of machinery-related items, construction materials, tools, consumables, and other site materials.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day store operations at the construction site.
Receive and verify construction materials, machinery spares, tools, and consumables.
Check materials against Purchase Orders, Delivery Challans, and invoices.
Maintain proper records of material receipts, issues, returns, and stock balances.
Ensure proper storage, identification, and preservation of materials.
Issue materials to site teams based on approved material requests.
Maintain stock registers, bin cards, GRN/MRN, and inventory records.
Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.




Monitor minimum stock levels and inform the concerned team about material requirements.
Coordinate with Purchase, Accounts, Project, and Site Engineering teams for material-related activities.
Track incoming and outgoing materials and maintain proper documentation.
Ensure proper handling and storage of construction materials, machinery spares, tools, and consumables.
Identify slow-moving, excess, damaged, or obsolete materials and report them to management.
Maintain a clean, organized, and protected store area.
Support periodic stock audits and prepare inventory reports.
Follow company procedures related to material control, safety, and documentation.
