About The Role

At Revspot, RevOps is not a reporting function.

We are looking for someone who can look at the revenue funnel, identify where it is breaking, understand why it is breaking and fix it.

You will work across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product and Leadership to improve conversion, remove process bottlenecks and build systems that help teams move faster.

This role is for a problem solver who is comfortable with data, ambiguity and high ownership. You should not stop at identifying a problem. You should be able to drive it to closure.

What You Will Do

Analyse the complete revenue funnel and identify leakages, drop-offs and missed opportunities
Diagnose the root cause behind low conversions, delayed follow-ups and pipeline gaps
Build and implement solutions to improve funnel movement and revenue outcomes
Own CRM hygiene, pipeline visibility and data accuracy across teams
Build dashboards that help teams take action, not just review numbers
Improve processes across lead generation, qualification, sales handoffs, onboarding and retention




Set up workflows and automations to reduce manual work and execution gaps
Drive weekly revenue reviews with clear risks, insights, owners and action items
Work closely with teams to ensure identified problems are resolved quickly
Build repeatable systems that can scale with the business

What We Are Looking For

3–6 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations or a similar role
Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills
Ability to identify funnel leakages and fix them
Robust understanding of revenue funnels, pipeline management and conversions
Experience with CRM platforms such as Zoho, Salesforce or HubSpot
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
Ability to turn data into clear actions and business outcomes
High ownership and strong execution discipline
Comfort working in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
Ability to work across team
