2. Job Purpose
The Marketing Executive will support the Marketing and Business Development team in market research, lead generation, client communication, project tracking, digital marketing and promotional activities.
This is an entry-level opportunity for a motivated BBA/MBA fresher who is interested in building a career in B2B marketing and infrastructure/construction business development.

3. Key Responsibilities
Market Research
Research the construction and infrastructure market to identify potential business opportunities.




Track upcoming infrastructure, metro, highway, bridge, commercial, industrial and real estate projects.
Research prospective clients, consultants, contractors and developers.
Maintain and regularly update a database of potential clients and projects.
Track competitor activities and market developments.

Lead Generation
Identify and generate recent B2B business leads.
Support the Business Development team in identifying potential customers.
Conduct online research, database development and industry mapping.
Make introductory calls/emails to prospective clients under the guidance of seniors.
Maintain lead status and follow-up records.

Client & Business Development Support
Assist in preparing company profiles, presentations and marketing material.
Coordinate client meetings and business development activities.
Maintain regular follow-up with prospective clients.
