Role Description The Facility Executive – Prestigious University role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The role involves overseeing day-to-day facility operations across campus buildings, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and functionality of all managed areas. The Facility Executive will coordinate with service providers, maintenance teams, and university stakeholders to resolve issues promptly and maintain high standards of building management.



Responsibilities include monitoring service quality, implementing facility management processes, supporting compliance with health and safety regulations, and proactively identifying opportunities for operational improvements. The role also requires regular interaction with faculty, students, and administrative staff to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and a positive campus setting.
Job Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day facility operations of the university campus.
Oversee maintenance of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, DG, lifts, fire & safety systems, etc.
Manage housekeeping, security, landscaping, pest control and other facility services.
Coordinate with vendors and contractors and monitor their performance.
Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance is completed on time.
Handle facility-related complaints and ensure timely resolution.
