Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for Technical Trainers specializing in Java and C, focused on semester-based training programs across South India. The Technical Trainer will design and deliver structured training modules, lab sessions,



and workshops on core Java and C programming concepts to students and early-career professionals. Responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, creating and updating training materials, assessing learner performance through assignments and tests, and providing constructive feedback to support skill development. The role involves collaborating with academic and internal teams to align curriculum with industry standards, conducting doubt-clearing sessions, and maintaining detailed training records and reports. Technical Trainers are expected to stay current with programming best practices and tools to continuously enhance course content and training effectiveness.
