Role Description This is a full-time, in office Customer Support Executive role based in Srinagar.



The Customer Support Executive will handle incoming inquiries from customers and service professionals via phone, chat, and email, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of issues. Responsibilities include guiding users through the HelpRush app and processes, troubleshooting basic technical and account-related problems, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate internal teams. The role also involves monitoring active jobs, supporting smooth dispatch and booking workflows, maintaining detailed case records, and providing feedback to improve support procedures and user experience. The Customer Support Executive will collaborate closely with operations and product teams to uphold high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications

Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction.
Experience providing Online Support through phone, chat, or email channels.
