Assistant Manager – Brand & Marketing

Role Overview
Stovekraft
Ltd., the company that manufactures and markets the well known PIGEON and GILMA
brands of cookware and kitchen appliances is looking for a Brand &
Marketing Executive to join its Marketing Team and work across its leading
consumer brands.

The
role will be responsible for planning, coordinating and executing marketing
campaigns and programs across brand, social media, PR, retail and other
marketing touchpoints. The candidate will work closely with internal teams,
creative/media/digital agencies and vendors to ensure timely and effective
execution.

Key
Responsibilities

1.
Marketing Campaign Management & Execution
•
Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns and brand
initiatives.
•
Drive day-to-day marketing programs across brand, social media, PR, retail
marketing and catalogue development.
•
Support new product launches, promotions and other brand initiatives.
•
Coordinate with creative, media, digital,



PR and other agencies to execute
marketing activities.

2..
Creative Development & Media
•
Assist in ideating and developing creative and content for various marketing
initiatives in line with brand guidelines.
•
Support media planning and execution across relevant offline and digital
platforms.
•
Coordinate social media content and calendar execution.
•
Do basic grammar and hygiene checks on creative and even provide words and copy
inputs to design teams

3.
Digital & Performance Marketing

•
Work with digital and performance marketing agencies on campaign execution and
reporting.
•
Track basic campaign and social media metrics and help identify opportunities
for improvement.
•
Bring in recent ideas in AI and other relevant technologies and help business
incorporate and adopt them

4.
Budget Management & Reporting
•
Track marketing budgets, spends, POs and billing.
•
Prepare PPT's, campaign trackers, reports and up
