We are looking for a Video Ads Team Lead who can lead our video advertising team and create high-performing video content that drives sales, conversions, and customer engagement.
Role Overview
As a Video Ads Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end production of video ads across platforms such as Meta, YouTube, and Instagram.
You will work closely with the Performance Marketing, Creative, and Content teams to develop video creatives that are not just visually appealing but also deliver strong business results.
The ideal candidate understands what makes people stop scrolling, watch, engage, and ultimately buy.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Video Ads/Creative team,



including video editors, content creators, and other creative resources.
Develop video ad concepts, hooks, scripts, storyboards, and creative directions based on marketing objectives.
Create and scale performance-driven video ads for Meta, YouTube, Instagram, and other digital platforms.
Work closely with the Performance Marketing team to understand campaign performance and identify opportunities for current creatives.
Analyze video ad performance metrics such as CTR, Hook Rate, Hold Rate, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and Conversion Rate.
Use performance data to identify winning concepts, hooks, formats, and messaging and replicate them at scale.
Build a systematic creative testing framework with multiple hooks, angles, formats, CTAs, and iterations.
Ensure a consistent pipeline of fresh video creatives for ongoing campaigns.
