Role Description This full-time, on-site Customer Support Specialist/Account Manager role is based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving service issues, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end experience for courier and cargo shipments. Daily responsibilities include managing client accounts, tracking consignments, coordinating with operations and dispatch teams, and communicating shipment status to customers. The specialist will maintain detailed records, follow up on pending deliveries,



and proactively address service concerns to support customer satisfaction and retention. The role also includes preparing basic reports, identifying service improvements, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to optimize processes.
