We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Executive to join our Finance Team. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting fundamentals, excellent hands-on knowledge of Zoho Books, and an understanding of day-to-day accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and maintain books of accounts using Zoho Books.
• Prepare, verify, and post accurate journal entries.
• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), invoices,



vendor bills, receipts, payments, and expenses.
• Perform bank and ledger reconciliations.
• Assist with GST and TDS compliance and statutory accounting requirements.
• Prepare and review financial reports including P&L;, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
• Support month-end/year-end closing and audit requirements.
• Able to Handle and record transactions, including sales, purchases, payment gateway transactions, refunds, settlements, and related accounting entries.
• Coordinate with vendors, banks, and internal teams for accounting-related matters.
What We’re Looking For
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Zoho Books is mandatory.
• Good understanding of journal entries, reconciliations, AP/AR, and accounting principles.
• Knowledge of e-commerce brand accounting is preferred.

• Good proficiency in MS Excel.
