Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete customer renewal lifecycle, from identifying upcoming expiries to successful renewal closure.
Maintain and manage a healthy renewal pipeline and forecast.
Engage with customers well in advance of subscription/contract expiry dates.
Understand customer requirements, usage, business needs, and potential risks that may impact renewal.
Develop and maintain robust relationships with customers and key decision-makers.
Prepare renewal quotations, commercial proposals, and pricing options in coordination with internal teams.
Negotiate pricing, terms, quantities, and renewal conditions while protecting company margins.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities during the renewal process.
Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Technical Support, Customer Success, and other internal teams to resolve customer concerns and facilitate renewals.
Follow up consistently with customers and partners to ensure timely payments and renewal completion.
Track and reduce customer churn, non-renewals, and revenue leakage.
Maintain accurate customer, contract, opportunity,



and renewal information in CRM systems.
Provide regular renewal forecasts, pipeline updates, and management reports.
Handle customer objections and negotiate effectively to retain accounts.
Monitor competitor activity and customer feedback to identify potential retention risks.
Ensure all renewal activities comply with company policies, pricing guidelines, and approval processes.
