Role Description The Branch Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Karnataka, India, responsible for overseeing all operational, sales, and service activities of the branch. The role involves managing branch performance, setting and tracking sales targets, and leading a team across sales, service,



and parts functions to achieve business goals. The Branch Manager will supervise day-to-day operations, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, and coordinate with OEM partners and internal stakeholders to meet brand and service standards. Key responsibilities include developing local market strategies, monitoring inventory and logistics, managing budgets and reporting, and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety guidelines. The role also requires building strong relationships with customers in the construction, mining, and infrastructure sectors and identifying new business opportunities within the region.

Qualifications
ITI / Diploma / BE / Btech in Any degree
Experience - 5-18 of Experience
Salary - 50,000 PM - 70,000 PM
