Roles & Responsibilities
Key responsibilities
Drive and implement the Enterprise sales strategies for the Express business
Be aware of the industry trends, economic indicators, existing customer base, competitors'
offerings, and application of it to capture new business opportunities and expand market
share.
Ensure full execution of the Enterprise sales action plans
Create and drive specific plans to ensure achievement of long and short-term goals
Acquisition of new businesses ensuring profitability to meet budgeted margins
Identify opportunities with market know-how/ meeting current customers to broaden the
opportunity list and developing new customers
Build and maintain a mutually beneficial and long-term partnership with customers
Develop a prioritized target customer list and focus sales effort to penetrate and grow the
target customers
Processing relevant sales data and information to translate it into actionable strategies
that drive sales and lead to achievement of targets.
Provide feedback to senior level management on business trends with a view to developing
new services and products
Manage and support building of sales team, conduct performance appraisals, ensure skill
Development through learning opportunities etc.
Drive engagement levels of the team, manage efficiency levels and drive timely delivery
of all sales targets
Qualifications & Competencies
MBA with 12+ years of experience in sales (preferably in the Express Business)
Understand various avenues to earn revenue and sound in financial analysis to drive profitability
Experience with CRM software tool
Good communication skills to develop and build symbiotic professional relationships
with internal and external stakeholders.
