Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive based in Bengaluru, with a compensation of up to 5.5 LPA. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate qualified leads, and build a robust sales pipeline in the real estate domain. Daily responsibilities include engaging with prospective clients through calls and meetings, understanding their property needs, and presenting suitable solutions from the company’s portfolio.



The role involves managing client accounts, maintaining robust relationships, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely follow-up to drive conversions. The Business Development Executive will track performance metrics, contribute to sales strategies, and represent the company professionally in client interactions and site visits.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Recent Business Development and Lead Generation to build and grow a high-quality client base.
