Gurgaon Key Responsibilities Conduct pre-session health screening and vitals checks Review flagged contraindications from the guest consultation form and make clinical proceed/hold decisions Provide clinical sign-off for higher-intensity protocols (contrast therapy circuits combining heat and cold exposure)Manager guest experience across recovery therapies and spa packages Train Recovery Zone therapists on safety protocols, contraindication awareness, and emergency response Lead on-floor emergency response per spa SOPs Maintain guest health screening records in line with spa documentation standards Requirements Bachelor's in Physiotherapy (BPT or equivalent), registered with the relevant State Physiotherapy Council Comfortable working in a luxury wellness/hospitality environment Calm, clear communicator Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS)/CPR, or willing to certify Positive to Have Familiarity with heat, cold, or contrast therapy modalities (cardiopulmonary/exercise-safety background is directly relevant)Prior experience in a spa, med-spa, or wellness setting Who we are?We are Tattva Spa -Tattva Spa is one of the most trusted wellness and beauty brands in India.
