Maintain employee records, attendance, leave and HR documentation. Coordinate joining formalities and employee communication. Assist with payroll inputs and routine HR activities.



Support employee engagement and internal coordination. Talent Acquisition Support Provide administrative and coordination support across the recruitment lifecycle. Interview scheduling, candidate communication, and reporting support for smooth and timely recruitment operations. Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) with candidate information Communicate with candidates regarding interview logistics, feedback, and next steps. Maintain process adherence and a consistent candidate experience Customer service orientation with ability to engage candidates professionally and courteously Office & Administration Oversee smooth day-to-day office operations.
