Job Title: Manager - Company Secretary & Compliance Location: Gurgaon Department: Legal & Secretary Role Overview: Reporting to the General Counsel & Company Secretary,



the role will be responsible for managing the Company's secretarial, corporate governance and compliance functions, including support for AISATS and its subsidiaries. Key Responsibilities: Manage all corporate secretarial compliances under the Companies Act, 2013 and other applicable laws. Organize and coordinate Board, Committee and Shareholder meetings, including preparation of notices, agenda papers, resolutions and minutes. Ensure timely filing of statutory forms, returns and disclosures with MCA, ROC and other regulatory authorities. Maintain statutory registers, records, corporate documents and governance databases. Support Director and KMP appointments, resignations, disclosures and related compliances. Monitor compliance with Secretarial Standards, corporate governance requirements and internal policies.
