About the Role
DwarPaal Inc. is looking for a proactive, confident, and communication-driven Inside Sales & Lead Nurturing Executive to support our growing sales operations in the U.S. hospitality market.
This role is ideal for someone who is robust at customer conversations, structured follow-ups, lead qualification, relationship building, and moving prospects toward meetings, demos, and genuine sales opportunities.
You will work closely with our Sales, Marketing, and Rebate teams to ensure that every qualified lead receives consistent follow-up and that no potential opportunity is lost due to lack of engagement.

? Key Responsibilities
• Follow up with inbound, marketing-generated, and existing leads through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn.
• Connect with prospects to understand their requirements, business needs, level of interest, and buying potential.
• Nurture leads through regular, professional, and structured follow-up communication.




• Qualify potential customers and schedule meetings, consultations, or product demos with the Sales Team.
• Maintain accurate prospect information, communication history, follow-up activities, lead stages, and next actions in Zoho CRM.
• Re-engage older, inactive, and previously contacted leads to identify fresh business opportunities.
• Coordinate closely with Sales Managers, Marketing Teams, and the Rebate Team to progress qualified opportunities.
• Maintain regular and professional communication with hotel owners, General Managers, property managers, and other key decision-makers.
• Track follow-ups, meeting conversions, lead status, and overall pipeline movement.
• Ensure timely follow-up so that no qualified or interested prospect is missed.
• Support the sales team in improving lead-to-meeting and lead-to-chance conversion rates.
