nWe're Hiring: Claims Adjusters – P&C; / Workers' Compensation
nClaidroid Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for experienced Claims Adjusters.
nWe are looking for professionals with robust hands-on experience in Property & Casualty Insurance, particularly Workers' Compensation claims, who can independently manage claims through the complete lifecycle — from initial setup and investigation through adjudication, reserving, settlement and closure.

nKey Responsibilities

- Independently manage Workers' Compensation claims from setup through closuren
- Investigate claims and conduct timely 3-point contact with claimants, insured parties and medical providersn




- Evaluate claim facts and make accurate compensability decisionsn
- Assess claim exposure and establish appropriate reservesn
- Handle complex and high-exposure claimsn
- Administer applicable medical and indemnity benefitsn
- Identify opportunities for early resolution and negotiate settlementsn
- Ensure compliance with applicable statutory guidelines and regulationsn
- Provide timely claim status updates and guidance to customers, agents and other stakeholdersn
- Present claim positions and recommendations clearly to internal and external stakeholdersn

nPreferred Qualifications / Certifications
nCandidates with any of the following will have an added advantage:

- California Insurance Adjuster Licensen
- Texas Insurance Adjuster Licensen
- CPCU Certificationn
- AIC Certificationn
- Experience in medical or litigation managementn
- Experience in training or mentoring colleagues in a Claims Adju
