We are looking for a results-driven Sales candidate who excels in a dual-threat role. Your primary mission is two-fold
- Convert high-quality leads provided by our marketing team quickly and efficiently.
- Hunt and generate new business by leveraging your own network and prospecting skills.

This position is perfect for a sales professional who is both a skilled "closer" and a proactive "hunter." You will be measured on your ability to manage the entire sales cycle with speed and precision.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Conversion Engine
- Rapidly contact and qualify inbound leads provided by the company within a defined SLA
- Conduct consultative sales meetings to understand client needs and present tailored Godamwale solutions.
- Manage and nurture a pipeline of company-provided leads to achieve monthly conversion targets.
- New Business Hunter
- Proactively generate new leads through your own existing network, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and industry events.
- Develop and execute a weekly plan for self-sourced business development




- Build a robust pipeline from your own efforts, complementing the company-provided leads.
- End-to-End Sales Ownership
- Own the sales cycle from first contact to close, including follow-ups, negotiation, and contract signing.
- Accurately forecast your sales activity and revenue in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the onboarding team to ensure a smooth handoff and delighted new clients.

Who We Are Looking For (The Ideal Candidate)
- You have 1-7 years of experience in a B2B sales role with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
- You are a Sales Professional -You find equal satisfaction in efficiently closing warm leads and the thrill of hunting down recent opportunities.
- You are highly organized and time-sensitive, capable of prioritizing between provided leads and self-generated prospects to maximize output.
- You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust
