What will you do?
- Manage end-to-end hiring processes across multiple roles and departments.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring requirements, team structures, and role expectations.
- Leverage skilled networks, job portals, social media platforms, and other sourcing channels to identify and attract potential candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates for ongoing and future hiring needs.
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates on experience,
communication, culture fit, and overall alignment with the role.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and internal stakeholders while ensuring a smooth and professional hiring experience.
- Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience at every stage.
- Coordinate and assist with offer rollouts, salary discussions, and hiring documentation.
- Work closely on improving recruitment processes, hiring strategies, and employer branding initiatives.
- Support day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle processes within the organization.
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes, employee documentation, and maintaining HR records.
