Key Role:





Lead end-to-end operations for quick commerce accounts, ensuring effective order-to-cash execution and operational excellence. The role will oversee inventory availability, billing operations, SKU assortment and availability across dark stores, and business performance analytics to optimize execution, improve service levels, and drive sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

•

Manage end-to-end billing operations for Quick Commerce platforms, ensuring timely and accurate order processing.

•

Coordinate with Supply Chain, Warehouse, Finance, and partner platform teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment and execution.

Monitor inventory levels and drive optimal product availability across dark stores to minimize stock-outs and maximize service levels.

Create, map, and maintain SKU listings across partner platforms, ensuring accurate product information and catalogue hygiene.
