About the Role –

We are looking for an experienced and certified Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) who is fluent in German to deliver Microsoft technical training programs to global learners. The ideal candidate should hold an active MCT certification,



have strong presentation and facilitation skills, and possess hands-on experience delivering instructor-led Microsoft technology training.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Microsoft official curriculum and customized technical training programs.
- Conduct instructor-led training through classroom, virtual, and blended formats.
- Deliver training in English and German.
- Train global learners and effectively manage engagement across different cultures and time zones.
- Prepare and deliver hands-on labs, demonstrations, assessments, and learning materials.
- Mentor learners preparing for Microsoft certifications and practical technology implementation.
- Maintain high learner satisfaction and ensure consistent training quality.
- Stay updated with the latest Microsoft technologies, certifications, and course content.
- Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve training delivery
