Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Syniti Data Migration Consultant / Developer with strong hands-on experience in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA data migration. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing, developing, executing, and validating data migration solutions using the Syniti Data Migration platform.

The consultant will work closely with SAP functional teams, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver high-quality data migration solutions for SAP S/4HANA implementations, conversions, and transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities




- Design and execute data migration strategies using Syniti Data Migration.
- Develop migration mappings, transformation rules, workflows, and validation processes.
- Perform data extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation, and loading.
- Work with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA data structures and business processes.
- Analyze source and target data and resolve data quality issues.
- Support migration objects through multiple mock conversion and testing cycles.
- Collaborate with SAP functional teams across FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, and other SAP modules.
- Perform data reconciliation and validation between source and target systems.
- Troubleshoot migration issues and coordinate resolution with functional and technical teams.
- Support cutover, production migration, and post-go-live activities.
- Create mapping specifications, migration documentation, reconciliation reports, and technical procedures.
