Job Title: Senior Full Stack Developer – Microsoft Technologies

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with deep expertise in the Microsoft stack to design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable web applications. This role focuses on full-stack development using C#, .NET, up-to-date JavaScript, and Azure cloud services. The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical leader who can architect solutions, mentor team members, ensure high-quality code, and thrive in an Agile/Scrum environment.

You will work on enterprise-grade applications, integrating front-end and back-end components while leveraging Azure for hosting, scalability, and DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy full-stack web applications using .NET Core (MVC), C#, and modern JavaScript frameworks/libraries.
- Build and maintain responsive, user-friendly front-end interfaces with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Develop secure, performant back-end services, RESTful APIs, and business logic using C# and ASP.NET MVC.




- Implement and optimize data access layers using SQL Server, writing efficient Transact-SQL queries, stored procedures, and schema designs.
- Deploy, manage, and scale applications on Microsoft Azure (e.g., App Services, Azure SQL, Functions, Storage, Key Vault, and related PaaS services).
- Participate actively in all phases of the Agile/Scrum process: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.
- Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor junior developers on coding standards, design patterns, and Microsoft technologies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the full stack, including performance tuning and debugging.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product owners, QA, DevOps, designers) to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
