Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer Lead with 10+ years of robust hands-on Salesforce development experience. The candidate should be capable of leading technical delivery, designing scalable Salesforce solutions, mentoring developers, and working closely with business and technical stakeholders. Core expectations align with current Lead Salesforce roles around Apex, LWC, integrations, architecture, DevOps, and technical leadership.

- 10+ years of Salesforce Development
- Apex
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- SOQL/SOSL
- Triggers, Batch, Queueable & Async Apex
- Salesforce Flows
- REST/SOAP API Integrations
- Platform Events




- Salesforce Security & Data Model
- Sales Cloud / Service Cloud
- Git / SFDX
- CI/CD and Salesforce deployment processes
- Strong technical leadership and mentoring experience

Good to Have
- Salesforce Platform Developer I/II certification
- Salesforce Application/System Architect certification
- Experience with MuleSoft or other middleware
- Experience with CPQ / Revenue Cloud / Experience Cloud
- Copado / Gearset / Jenkins
- Experience handling enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
