Hiring | Jr. Chief of staff/Business Analyst — Office of the Business Head

Bazana is a fast-growing FMCG snack brand focused on offering healthier, roasted, oil-free snack options for people with active lifestyles across India. The company aims to become the #1 snack brand for active India by combining quality ingredients with accessible pricing.

About the Role

Bazana is a healthy snacking branded foods business scaling toward ₹280 crore this year, run by a lean team moving at high speed.

This role exists because that pace creates a gap: things the Business Head needs tracked, fixed, or filtered that no single functional team owns.

This is not a traditional EA role, and it is not a pure analyst role.

It is a force-multiplier role built around three pillars:

You will sit close enough to the business to see how a P&L; is actually run — and be trusted to act on what you see, not just report it.

PILLAR 1 — Strategic Planning

Keep the team aligned to the Business Head's goals and ensure the numbers that matter are always in view.
- Own the KPI cadence — sales mix, GP, ECC ratio and ad spend efficiency — across Contemporary Trade, General Trade, Q-Commerce/Marketplaces and Corporates/Institutions.
- Run the data crunching that feeds the profitability agenda; convert raw numbers into a decision-ready narrative, not a data dump.
- Build and drive the weekly agenda — chase inputs from channel leads, pressure-test the numbers and keep the review cadence tight.
- Flag deviations from plan before they reach the Business Head's desk, with a recommendation attached — not just a red flag.
