Hiring: Performance & Growth Marketing Lead | D2C | Kolkata

We are looking for a Performance & Growth Marketing Lead to own the paid acquisition and growth engine for a fast-growing premium consumer/lifestyle brand with a strong D2C focus and an expanding retail presence.

This is a high-ownership role for someone who is analytically sharp, creatively curious and commercially driven, with the opportunity to directly influence customer acquisition, ROAS, CAC and revenue growth.

What We're Looking For

Must Have:
- Engineering degree from IIT, BITS, NIT or equivalent Tier-1 technical institution
- 3–4 years of hands-on performance marketing experience
- Experience managing Meta & Google campaigns with a minimum monthly budget of ₹20L
- Strong hands-on expertise in Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads
- Experience with a D2C, consumer brand or e-commerce business
- Solid analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Ability to independently own performance marketing strategy and budgets

Key Responsibilities





Performance Marketing – 75%
- Own end-to-end paid acquisition across Meta & Google Ads
- Build, manage and optimise campaign architecture across the funnel
- Drive audience strategy including prospecting, lookalikes, retargeting and custom audiences
- Lead creative testing across hooks, copy, CTAs, formats and landing pages
- Manage Google Search, Shopping, Performance Max & YouTube campaigns
- Own tracking, attribution and analytics across Meta Pixel, CAPI, GTM & Google Analytics
- Set and monitor key performance metrics including ROAS, CAC, CTR, CVR & CPO
- Own media budget allocation and identify opportunities to scale or optimise spend
- Work closely with product, website, design and content teams to improve the D2C funnel

Retention & CRM – 25%
- Build the CRM and lifecycle marketing function from the ground up
- Define customer lifecycle stages and develop automated journeys
