Location: Hubli, Karnataka

Experience: 2–3 Years

Work Mode: Work from Office

Working Days: 5 Days a Week

What We're Looking For:

2–3 years of experience in IT/Technical Recruitment

Strong sourcing experience using Naukri, LinkedIn & other job portals

Valuable understanding of IT technologies and technical roles

Experience in end-to-end recruitment

Strong communication & candidate management skills

Good negotiation and follow-up skills

Target-oriented and proactive approach

Key Responsibilities:
- Source and screen qualified IT candidates
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle




- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring teams
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers
- Negotiate offers and ensure smooth onboarding
- Work towards achieving recruitment targets
