We are looking for an entrepreneurial and commercially driven business head to lead and scale the business, working closely with the founder. The role will own the overall P&L; and business performance while driving product, sourcing, merchandising, supply chain, and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in D2C and e-commerce businesses, with a deep understanding of product, customer, commercial, and operational levers.

Key Responsibilities

Business & P&L; Ownership
- Own the end-to-end P&L;, revenue, profitability, margins, and overall business performance.
- Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth, profitability, and market expansion.
- Track key business metrics and identify opportunities to improve revenue, margins, working capital, and operational efficiency.
- Work closely with the founder on strategic planning, business reviews, and key growth initiatives.

Product, Sourcing & Merchandising
- Drive the product lifecycle from ideation and assortment planning to sourcing, launch, and performance tracking.




- Lead sourcing strategy, vendor development, negotiations, costing, and commercial optimization.
- Work closely with merchandising teams on category strategy, assortment, pricing, inventory, OTB, and product performance.
- Identify market and consumer trends and translate them into commercially viable product opportunities.

D2C & E-commerce
- Own and drive the D2C/e-commerce business, with a strong understanding of online growth levers.
- Partner with marketing, category, supply chain, and operations teams to improve conversion, AOV, repeat rate, contribution margins, and overall customer experience.
- Experience working across marketplaces and owned digital channels will be an advantage.

Cross-functional Leadership
- Lead and provide strategic direction to HR, IT, supply chain, and other business functions.
- Build high-performing teams and create solid processes, accountability, and performance
