We're looking for a Relationship Executive to join our Digital Counselling Team.
Your Role
- Connect with students through digital enquiries, calls & WhatsApp
- Understand their study-abroad goals & requirements
- Build strong student relationships through regular follow-ups
- Guide students towards relevant Kanan.co counselling & coaching solutions
- Schedule counselling sessions and support student conversions
What We're Looking For
- Candidates from any industry/background
- Excellent English communication skills
- Confident & comfortable speaking with students on calls
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Ability to learn is a must
- Study-abroad product knowledge is not mandatory — complete product training will be provided
- Sales/Counselling/Education experience is a plus
