ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for a senior Business Development leader to drive growth for MASIN's consulting and advisory practice. The ideal candidate has a track record of opening new markets, building institutional relationships, and closing high-value, consultative engagements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Business Development & Revenue Growth:
Own the full business development cycle for MASIN's advisory services - from chance identification and proposal development through negotiation and deal closure.
- Institutional & Client Relationships: Build and manage relationships with clients, law firms, and multilateral agencies to generate a consistent pipeline of consulting engagements.
- New Business & Partnerships: Identify and structure new revenue streams, partnerships, and market expansion opportunities, both domestic and international
- Market Presence: Represent MASIN at industry forums, conferences, and client meetings;
build the firm's visibility and credibility.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with technical and legal delivery teams to shape proposals and scope engagements that reflect client needs and MASIN's expertise.
