Territory Sales, Technical & Operations Manager – Automotive PPF
Scratchgard Technology Pvt. Scratchgard Technology is expanding its nationwide automotive Paint Protection Film (PPF) business and is building a robust field team to manage dealership relationships, business development and PPF operations across India.
We are looking for hands-on Territory Managers who can develop business, work closely with automotive dealerships and ensure that PPF jobs are executed on time and to the required quality standards.
This is not a desk-based sales or coordination role. Develop PPF business across assigned automotive dealerships and accounts.
• Build strong relationships with dealership principals, accessories teams, sales managers, service teams and other key stakeholders.
• Present product solutions, commercial benefits and operating processes to dealership teams.
• Drive sales, maintain a strong opportunity pipeline and work towards defined territory targets.
• Coordinate daily PPF requirements and allocate installation jobs to approved applicators.
• Ensure applicator attendance,
material availability, installation completion and proper job documentation.
• Monitor installation quality and support technical troubleshooting, rectification and dealer concerns.
• Monitor open, completed and delayed jobs and escalate potential SLA issues before they become dealer complaints.
• Conduct product and process training for dealership teams, partners and applicators.
• Maintain accurate reporting of sales opportunities, dealership activity, installations and territory performance.
• Travel regularly across the assigned territory and provide hands-on support when required.
