Role Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Management Trainee - Human Resources to support Employee Engagement initiatives and HR projects. The role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in employee engagement, event management, communication, employer branding, data management, and HR operations while working closely with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Engagement & Culture
- Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives and activities.
- Support employee forums, town halls, recognition programs, and cultural events.
- Interact with employees across functions to gather feedback and enhance engagement.
- Contribute ideas for creating a positive and engaging workplace workplace.

Event Planning & Coordination
- Coordinate end-to-end execution of employee events and HR programs.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors for smooth event delivery.
- Ensure timely communication and coordination for all activities.

Employer Branding & Communication




- Support external branding initiatives and employer branding campaigns.
- Assist in creating communication materials, presentations, and engagement content.
- Help maintain consistency in internal and external HR communications.

Project Management & Execution
- Support ongoing HR projects and ensure timely execution.
- Track activities, follow up with stakeholders, and drive projects to closure.
- Maintain project trackers and provide regular status updates.

Data Management & Reporting
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and HR documentation with high accuracy.
- Analyze employee engagement and HR-related data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Ensure data integrity and maintain HR records.
