Job Description
About the Role nSilveric is looking for a Creative Campaign Strategist who can think beyond individual posts and reels and build campaigns from the ground up.
nYou'll work closely with the Founder and creative team to turn business objectives, occasions, customer insights, and product stories into campaigns that people notice, connect with, and act on.
nFrom coming up with the campaign idea to planning how it comes alive across content, creators, social media, and marketing channels-you'll be involved throughout the process.
What You'll Do n

- Develop creative campaign ideas and concepts for Silvericn
- Identify relevant customer insights, occasions, trends, and cultural momentsn
- Build complete campaign strategies from idea → messaging → content → execution n
- Create campaign briefs, content plans, and execution calendarsn
- Work closely with photographers, videographers, editors, designers, and creatorsn
- Ensure campaigns are executed consistently and on timen
- Help shape campaign messaging, storytelling, hooks, and creative directionn




- Track campaign performance and identify what worked and what can be improvedn
- Turn campaign learnings into better ideas and strategies for future campaignsn
- Support brand-building, product launches, seasonal campaigns, and conversion-focused initiativesn

What We're Looking For n

- 1–3 years of experience in Marketing, Brand Strategy, Campaign Planning, Creative Strategy, or a similar rolen
- Someone who can take a broad idea and turn it into a well-structured campaignn
- Strong understanding of storytelling, content, social media, and consumer behaviourn
- Positive organisational and project management skillsn
- Comfortable coordinating with multiple creative stakeholdersn
- Able to balance creative thinking with business objectives n
- Comfortable looking at campaign data and understanding performancen
- Strong communication and presentation skillsn
- Someone who takes ownersh
