We're looking for a Senior Manager – Brand Marketing and Communications who can walk into a room, read a business problem, and walk out with a go-to-market story that sells itself. If you've spent your career sharpening ideas inside an agency, obsessing over the line that lands, and thinking two steps ahead on GTM, this role gives you a brand to shape from the inside.

- The brand's strategic narrative, positioning, and go-to-market plans, end to endn
- High-stakes communication that moves people, from campaign copy to leadership decksn
- A direct hand in the words and ideas that represent the brand externallyn
- Cross-functional influence, working closely with creative, client-facing, and leadership teams to keep the brand's voice sharp and consistent everywhere it shows upn
- Campaign performance and market positioning, with a seat at the table on what's working and what isn'tn

nWhat You Bring

- 8–12 years in brand marketing, advertising, or communications, agency-side experience strongly preferredn
- A track record of thinking strategically about go-to-market, not just executing campaignsn
- Writing and communication skills that are genuinely exceptional, this role needs someone who can craft the line, not just brief it outn
- The judgment to operate at a strategic level while staying close enough to the work to protect its qualityn
