nRole Description This is a full-time, in office Customer Service Representative role based in Noida. The Customer Service Representative will respond to customer inquiries across channels such as email, phone, and social media, providing clear information on products, orders, shipping, and returns.



The role includes tracking and resolving customer issues, coordinating

nDaily Tasks
n1. Customer query resolution across all channels utilising tools like Spur/Techmonk or
nSimilar platforms.
n2. Sales assistance for conversion across channels, like Nitro, similar tools/platforms or
ncustomers reaching directly.
n3. End to end processing of returns and exchanges in co–ordination with the back end
nteam.4. Tracking and uploading of customer reviews, with appropriate resolution for
ncustomers who have left negative reviews.
n5. Customer follow-ups for re-shipment of RTO (Return To Origin) orders and proactive
ncoordination to minimise NDR (Non Delivery Report) cases.
n6. Updation of all necessary sheets.

n7. Daily check-in for sheet updation by the team, ensuring everything is in order for the
nweekly check-in.
