About the Role
As a Field Sales Manager, you will own end-to-end business performance across zones by driving revenue growth, market expansion, leadership capability, operational excellence, and strategic execution.
Ensure predictable sales performance through robust governance, coaching, forecasting, CRM discipline, and cross-functional collaboration.
Focused on scaling sales capability while delivering consistent commercial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- • Own revenue, collections, profitability, and business growth across multiple zones.
- • Develop and execute market expansion strategies across assigned geographies.
- • Drive sales productivity, forecasting accuracy,



and CRM governance.
- • Monitor business dashboards and proactively resolve performance gaps.
- • Support strategic institutional opportunities and high-value commercial negotiations.
- • Partner with Marketing, Product, Finance, Operations, and Customer Success teams.
- • Drive succession planning and leadership capability development.
- • Ensure execution excellence and governance across the sales organization.
