Role Description Paper Graph is looking for a CRM – Real Estate with 1–3 years of relevant experience to work on real estate projects with our partner builders and developers.
The candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, handling property enquiries, coordinating site visits, and supporting the sales team throughout the customer conversion process.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome recent clients after booking, verify KYC documents, and create accurate customer profiles in the enterprise software or ERP system.
- Issue welcome letters and booking confirmations while clearly communicating
