Role Description This is a full time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Trivandrum. The Sales Executive will engage with customers in-store, understand their requirements, and provide tailored product recommendations across BlueStone’s jewellery collections. Responsibilities include managing the sales process from inquiry to purchase, demonstrating product features and certifications, and ensuring a premium customer experience.



The role also involves maintaining store displays, tracking inventory related to sales, processing transactions accurately, and meeting individual and store-level sales targets. The Sales Executive will collaborate with the store team to support promotional campaigns, gather customer feedback, and uphold BlueStone’s standards of service and professionalism.
Qualifications
Strong sales and retail skills, including consultative selling, upselling, and cross-selling.
Customer service and relationship-building skills to create a welcoming and engaging in-store experience.
Basic proficiency with point-of-sale systems and comfort working with digital tools and omnichannel processes.
Good communication skills in English and local languages, with a professional and approachable demeanor.
Attention to detail and integrity in handling high-value transactions and product information.
