Position OverviewnWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Bilingual Virtual Assistant (Spanish & English) to support our international clients.
Experience Requiredn
- n
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, Customer Support Representative, Appointment Setter, Client Coordinator, or similar role.n
- Experience working with US-based clients preferred.n
- Prior experience handling Spanish-speaking customers is mandatory.n

Key Responsibilitiesn

- Handle inbound and outbound calls in Spanish and English.n
- Manage emails, calendars, and appointments.n
- Customer support and client communication.n
- Lead qualification and appointment setting.n
- CRM management and data entry.n
- Follow-up with prospects and existing clients.n
- Administrative and operational support tasks.n
- Coordinate with internal teams and provide regular updates.n
