Role Description The Senior Manager – Engineering Projects & Proposals is a full-time, on-site role located in Kozhikode, responsible for leading engineering projects from concept through execution and overseeing proposal development for new opportunities. Daily responsibilities include managing project engineering activities, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring that project plans, schedules, and budgets are met. The role involves preparing and reviewing technical and commercial proposals,



aligning them with client requirements and organizational capabilities, and supporting bid strategy. The Senior Manager will collaborate with stakeholders, supervise construction-related activities, monitor risk and compliance, and implement best practices in engineering and construction management. This position also requires mentoring team members, improving project delivery processes, and contributing to business development through high-quality proposals.
