About Ambrosia
Ambrosia is on a mission to become India's leading bakery and frozen-dessert brand. We're best known for our ice cream cakes, a category no one else in India owns the way we do, and we're growing fast, at over 50% year on year. We run as a cloud kitchen serving Delhi, Gurugram and Noida.
We began in 1995 as Ritu Gupta's home kitchen, built on an instinct for what tasted right. When her daughter Radhika, a Le Cordon Bleu-trained pastry chef, joined to scale it, that instinct gained real technique behind it. Over the next 12 months we're expanding across Delhi NCR, and from there into other metros, and we're building the kitchen team to support that growth.

The role
We're looking for a Chocolatier to craft our chocolate range and, since ice cream is at our core, support our frozen desserts. This is a hands-on role for someone early in their chocolate career who wants to go deep on the craft and grow with a brand that takes it seriously.

What you'll do
Produce chocolate components and confections, tempering, ganaches,



bonbons, garnishes and décor, to specification.
Follow recipes and weights precisely for consistency across every batch.
Support ice cream, gelato and sorbet production where needed.
Keep your station clean, organised and stocked, and follow all hygiene and HACCP standards.
Minimise wastage through careful handling and storage.
Contribute to recent chocolate and frozen-dessert product trials.

Who we're looking for
A chocolatier with 1 to 3 years of chocolate work, with sound tempering fundamentals.
Exposure to ice cream, gelato or sorbet is a strong plus.
Detail-obsessed, teachable, and keen to grow with the brand.

Who you'll work with
You'll work closely with our co-founder, Chef Radhika, and the kitchen team, with real room to shape our chocolate range as the brand grows.
