Position Summary The Training & Compliance Manager – will be responsible for managing the end-to-end training governance, compliance training, Learning Management System (WLMS) administration, customer-specific training requirements, and workforce training compliance for Iron Systems global workforce. The role will ensure that all workers are assigned and complete the mandatory, regulatory, customer-specific, project-specific, and role-specific training requirements applicable to their country, region, customer, program, and job role. The manager will own the training compliance lifecycle — from identifying requirements and creating/reviewing training content, through WLMS configuration and assignment, completion tracking, compliance monitoring, audit readiness, reporting, and escalation of non-compliance. The position will also serve as a key compliance governance function,



continuously monitoring changes in customer requirements, regional/country regulations, safety requirements, and project mandates to identify new or revised training requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Training Governance & Management
Own the overall training governance framework for Team.
Ensure that every worker receives the correct training at the correct stage of the onboarding/deployment lifecycle.
WLMS Training Content & Administration
Own the governance and quality control of training content published in the WLMS.
Ensure current training modules are created, configured, reviewed, tested, and published within defined SLAs.
Training Compliance & Auditing
Conduct periodic audits of training requirements and worker completion records.
Maintain a documented Training Compliance Matrix by country, region, customer, project, and worker type.
Ensure mandatory trainings are assigned to workers within defined SLAs
