Role Description The Digital Marketing Manager will lead and execute data-driven marketing strategies to grow user acquisition, engagement, and retention for Compas Now. This full-time, in office role in Kochi involves planning, launching, and optimizing digital campaigns across social media, search, and other online channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing performance marketing initiatives, overseeing content and social media calendars, analyzing web and campaign analytics,



and coordinating with product and design teams to improve user journeys. The person in this role will also manage lead generation activities, monitor key metrics, prepare performance reports, and identify opportunities to enhance brand visibility and conversion rates. Collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners will be essential to ensure consistent messaging and effective campaign execution.
Qualifications
Strong digital marketing skills, including Digital Marketing and Marketing strategy, with experience managing multi-channel campaigns.
Proficiency in Social Media Marketing to build brand presence, grow communities, and drive engagement across platforms.
Experience with Lead Generation techniques to drive user acquisition and optimize conversion funnels.
Ability to interpret Web Analytics to track performance, derive insights, and inform data-driven decisions.
