About the Role
PrepBay Software Solutions is looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Telecalling Executive to join our Sales & Business Development team.
The selected candidate will be responsible for contacting potential business clients, understanding their requirements, introducing our digital and software solutions, generating qualified leads, and following up with prospects to convert them into customers.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential business clients.
Introduce and explain PrepBay Software Solutions' services.
Identify businesses that require websites, software, digital solutions, AI solutions, and other technology services.
Understand client requirements and communicate them to the sales/development team.
Generate qualified leads through telephone calls.
Conduct regular follow-ups with interested prospects.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
Build professional relationships with potential and existing clients.
Coordinate with the sales and development team for successful client conversion.
Maintain a professional and positive attitude while communicating with customers.
