About Ambrosia
Ambrosia is on a mission to become India's leading bakery and frozen-dessert brand. We're best known for our ice cream cakes, a category no one else in India owns the way we do, and we're growing quick, at over 50% year on year. We run as a cloud kitchen serving Delhi, Gurugram and Noida.
We began in 1995 as Ritu Gupta's home kitchen, built on an instinct for what tasted right. When her daughter Radhika, a Le Cordon Bleu-trained pastry chef, joined to scale it, that instinct gained real technique behind it. Over the next 12 months we're expanding across Delhi NCR, and from there into other metros, and we're building the kitchen team to support that growth.

The role
We're looking for two Commis I chefs to be the backbone of our pastry line, preparing components accurately and to schedule, and growing fast into greater responsibility. This is a hands-on role for someone early in their career who wants to learn from a Le Cordon Bleu-trained chef and build with a growing brand.

What you'll do




Prepare mise en place and pastry components, doughs, batters, creams, fillings and garnishes, accurately and to schedule.
Follow recipes, portion sizes and weight specifications precisely for consistency across every batch.
Execute basic to intermediate preparations with minimal supervision.
Assist the CDP and senior chefs during production, and step up during busy periods.
Keep your station clean, organised and fully stocked.
Follow all hygiene, food-safety and HACCP standards at all times.
Minimise wastage through careful handling, storage and portioning.
Learn actively and apply feedback to improve speed and quality.

Who we're looking for
A pastry or bakery chef with 1 to 3 years of experience.
Solid fundamentals, reliability and a genuine appetite to learn.
Hands-on, organised, and keen to grow with the brand.
