Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Teacher role based in Pune City. The Teacher will design and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the school’s curriculum and learning objectives. Daily responsibilities include planning and organizing classroom activities, teaching subject content, assessing learner progress, and providing constructive feedback.



The Teacher will maintain a positive, inclusive classroom setting, manage learner behavior, and support diverse learning needs. The role also involves collaborating with colleagues, participating in training and staff meetings, communicating with parents or guardians, and contributing to school events and initiatives.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Education and Teaching, with the ability to apply pedagogical best practices in the classroom.
Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Training, including designing structured, learner-focused instructional materials and sessions.
Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with learners, families, and colleagues, both verbally and in writing.
Relevant academic qualification in Education or a related field; teaching certification or license is preferred.
