Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in Pune District. The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with SMB clients, and promote NowFloats’ digital solutions and services. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and lead generation, conducting client meetings and presentations, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.



The role also involves collaborating with marketing and product teams to refine offerings, tracking sales performance against targets, and providing feedback from the market to support product and strategy improvements. The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth while ensuring a positive and consultative experience for customers.
Qualifications
Strong sales and business development skills, including prospecting, lead qualification, and deal closing.
Experience in client relationship management, account management, and stakeholder communication.
Understanding of digital products or SaaS solutions, particularly in web presence or online marketing for SMBs.
Ability to conduct effective presentations, product demos, and negotiations with diverse business clients.
Comfort with data-driven decision-making, including using CRM tools and sales metrics to manage pipelines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; regional languag
