Role Description The Solar Industrial Deal Manager is a contract, on-site role based in Lucknow, responsible for driving industrial-scale solar project opportunities from initial lead to successful closure. Day-to-day activities include identifying and qualifying industrial clients, preparing technical and commercial proposals, and coordinating site assessments with engineering and installation teams. The role manages pricing, negotiations, and contract terms,



while ensuring compliance with company standards and relevant regulations. The Deal Manager collaborates closely with operations, finance, and supply chain to align project scopes, timelines, and budgets, and maintains ongoing relationships with clients to support repeat business and referrals. This position also involves market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and reporting on sales pipeline and performance metrics.
Qualifications
Solid skills in industrial sales, business development, and deal management within renewable energy or related infrastructure sectors.
Experience in solar project lifecycle, including solution design understanding, feasibility assessment, and coordination with technical and installation teams.
